REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Has excellent math and communication skills
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Can work under pressure
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • At least 2 year of experience specialized in Accounting/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Can start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting

  • To work with and provide financial support relating to daily, monthly, and annual accounting activities
  • Preparation of daily and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of monthly taxation and accounts receivable reconciliations
  • Assist with annual budget process as well as monthly maintenance of budgeting tool
  • Assist with annual operating cost adjustments
  • Maintain various excel spreadsheets for reconciliation purposes
  • Additional financial support as workloads dictate

Administrative

  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • In-charge of office supplies and equipment purchase and inventory
  • Maintain and organize pertinent documents
  • Carry out instructions from the management and executives
  • Perform other administrative tasks when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
