About the role

We are seeking an experienced Encoder to join our team at Walls in Motion, Inc. in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office. This full-time role will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing data to support the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Entering customer orders and product information into the company's database with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proofreading and verifying data to ensure completeness and consistency
  • Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to resolve any data-related issues
  • Maintaining the integrity and security of the company's data systems
  • Providing assistance with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Excellent data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is highly desirable
