JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Highly Skilled Cost Estimator with specialized experience in data center, construction, and telecommunications (TELCO) projects.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for complex projects and actively participate in on-site procurement of materials to ensure project requirements are met.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, industry-specific, expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing on-site purchasing responsibilities under tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PROJECT ANALYSIS: Review and interpret project plans, specifications, blueprints, and technical documents. TSSR - Technical Site Survey Reports, DDD - Detailed Drawing Designs, BOQ - Bills of Quantities, for data center, construction, and telco projects to determine scope and cost requirements.
  • COST ESTIMATION: Develop comprehensive cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead, incorporating industry-specific factors such as data center cooling systems, telecommunications infrastructures.
  • ONSITE MATERIAL PROCUREMENT: Visit local Suppliers to source, evaluate, and purchase materials required for projects, ensuring alignment with BOQ specifications, quality standards, and budget constraints.
