Global M365 Collaboration Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Teams Management:
    Configure, manage, and support Teams, including Teams Compliance recording, ensuring the platform meets organizational and compliance standards.
  • SharePoint Online Administration:
    Oversee administration and security of SharePoint Online, including permissions, workflows, and performance optimization.
  • Recording Tools Expertise:
    Administer and support integration with Luware and Verint recording tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • First Line Risk Work:
    Manage administrative and documentation tasks related to IT risk. Review vulnerability reports, access management activities, and SOC2 reports.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    Partner with IT, facilities, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.
  • Documentation & Training:
    Maintain configuration documentation and deliver training/support to end users and internal teams.

Key Capabilities / Experience

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, with a focus on Teams and SharePoint Online (including Teams Compliance recording).
  • Hands-on experience with Luware and Verint recording tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective collaboration skills with the ability to support global, cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of security, compliance, and risk standards in enterprise environments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital workplace tools.
  • Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Relevant certifications such as Teams Administrator Associate, Security/Compliance/Identity Fundamentals, or similar (preferred).
