Business Development Officer

CastleKeep Holdings, the holdings company of Skygo Marketing Corporation, and several other business units, is expanding and we are looking for a talented individual to fill the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (B2B) role.
The role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business-to-business (B2B) relationships to drive motorcycle financing sales and fleet sales. The role focuses on business accounts (corporate, SMEs, LGUs) to achieve revenue targets and expand Skygo Marketing Corporation's market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Management
- Continuously explores new market segments and potential areas of business development for independent business partners (IBPs).
- Abreast with innovative strategies to achieve business growth.
- Promote the growth of sales channels.
Sales Strategy (Sales Development)
- Prospect and qualify B2B leads from target markets
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch Skygo's motorcycle models, business financing options and after-sales programs
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and partnership agreements
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B sales targets
Marketing Strategy (Market Expansion and Intelligence)
- Identify emerging B2B opportunities, new business segments, and competitive trends
- Collaborates with marketing to co-develop B2B campaigns, roadshows, and industry events
IBP Program Execution and Development (Account Management)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing partners and provide continuous support
- Coordinate delivery schedules, payment terms, and after-sales service with internal departments
Relationship Management and Collaboration
- Submit weekly sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion reports
- Coordinate with the finance, inventory and logistics teams for smooth transaction processing
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate documentation of all client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- A graduate of any 4-year course, degree in business administration or marketing is an advantage
- At least two (2) years of direct selling experience
- At least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or area/field supervision role
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of business account selling and vehicle financing
- Excellent communication skills and client relations management skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Results-driven, with strong time management and problem-solving skills

1 for assignment in Davao
1 for assignment in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
