Job Description:

The role of Community Manager involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing brand communities, and analyzing performance metrics. Key responsibilities include assisting in the creation, planning, and execution of social media plans, producing high-quality content that aligns with brand goals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet campaign deadlines.

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a positive online presence by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. You will also work closely with external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on performance data.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage brand communities by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Talkwalker, SocialBakers, and platform analytics.
