About the Role:

We are a fast-growing marketing agency based in WeWork, Uptown Mall, BGC, Taguig. We specialize in delivering strategy, design, content, and brand experiences for clients across lifestyle, tech, fashion, beauty, F&B, and more. We value creativity, fun-energy, and high-quality execution in everything we do.

We're looking for an Art Director who can elevate our creative output, lead visual direction for brands, and guide a team of designers in producing world-class work.

What You'll Do:

Creative Direction

  • Own the visual direction of brand campaigns, content, and marketing materials.
  • Translate strategy into strong creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and visual guidelines.
  • Lead direction for photo/video shoots, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

Design Leadership

  • Oversee the creative team (graphic designers, multimedia designers, creative producers) and provide mentorship and feedback.
  • Review and refine all creative outputs before submission to client.
  • Maintain and elevate the visual identity of client brands.

Lead Graphic Design Tasks

  • Create high-level design outputs for brand identity, key visuals, campaign layouts, and master templates.
  • Develop and refine branding assets, style guides, and visual systems.
  • Produce complex or high-impact design work that requires senior-level craftmanship
  • Ensure consistency of design quality across all platforms (digital, social, print, OOH, presentations).
  • Take the lead on priority design tasks and handle escalated or premium-level creative work.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with Strategy, Accounts, and Production teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Present creative concepts to clients and confidently explain rationale behind direction.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in design, advertising, branding, or creative agencies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign visuals, and digital content.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience in social media content direction.
  • Experience working with lifestyle, beauty, or F&B brands
  • Ability to lead a design team and provide constructive creative direction.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and excellent with deadlines.
