I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

DESIGN CREATION & PROJECT EXECUTION

  • Create and work with site maps, online ads, rich media storyboards, user flow, wireframes, and other information design documents for websites and online advertising
  • Enforce and safeguard Brand Mandatories and Disciplines.
  • Provide multiple solutions to each assignment taking into account any/ all restrictions included in design.
  • Initially develop effective, brand-appropriate marketing and promotional layouts for all media: interactive, print collateral, direct mail, and occasionally video and broadcast
  • Assist with brand development as needed for various clients, including logos, typography, layout templates, color palates and imagery
  • Articulate ideas in a visual form
  • Collaborate with production personnel in the translation of concepts to web-ready files
  • Take initial responsibility for development, delivery and evaluation of projects working in conjunction with all functions o Prepare creative presentations to the client

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with clients to assist their needs through identifying key areas of improvement on contents
  • Proactively identify the intention of client to meet the expectations

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

  • Create a range of concepts and designs for each project and be able to partner with copywriters to ensure art direction and visual presentation supports the concept
  • Visualize, design and conceptualize user experiences
  • Responsible for creating and working with site maps, online ads, rich media storyboards, user flow, wireframes, and other information design documents for websites and online advertising
  • Work with various online ad design specs and media requirements
  • Work with copywriters to ensure visual tone and style are consistent with copy tone and style

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Lead the development/fleshing out approved big idea to digital executional ideas

II. SKILL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/ College Degree in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • With at least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experienced Employee specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
  • Able to conceptualize
