Job Objective:

The Marketing Associate supports the Marketing team in executing brand campaigns, product promotions, trade activities, and digital initiatives. The role involves content planning, campaign coordination, endorser/KOL management, trade module handling, and reporting to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Campaign & Promotions

  • Assist in planning, drafting, and processing Product Promo Forms (PPF) and PWP (Purchase with Purchase) programs.
  • Support the execution of trade promotions, in-store activations, mall events, and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams for campaign requirements.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for new product launches, PR events, and meet & greets.

Trade Module

  • Assist in the ideation and execution of trade module displays.
  • Handle safe keeping and proper organization of trade collaterals.
  • Ensure timely turnover of trade-related files and documents from Trade, Sales, Purchasing, and Marcomm teams.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Trade teams to monitor trade executions and display compliance.

Digital & Content

  • Contribute to content calendar/media plan development for social media platforms.
  • Assist in the ideation and production of campaign videos (brand thematic, short-form, long-form).
  • Help manage agency coordination for digital and social executions.
  • Track and consolidate engagement reports from KOLs, endorsers, and social media campaigns.

Endorser & KOL Management

  • Assist in endorser contract handling, negotiation, and deliverables monitoring.
  • Coordinate KOL selection, narratives, SLA agreements, and seeding activities.
  • Oversee KOL seeding logistics with warehouse/distribution.
  • Consolidate reports on endorser and KOL content performance.

Reports & Analysis

  • Prepare social media analytics reports.
  • Support campaign performance analysis, including sales lift and engagement tracking.
  • Assist in compiling business reviews, sales cycles, and marketing updates.

General Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination across departments.
  • Maintain proper documentation of marketing activities, promo forms, trade files, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or other relevant field.
  • With at least 6 months of work experience in Digital Marketing or Brand Management.
