A Community Ambassador must exude energy, friendliness, intelligence, creativity, and collaboration, so not everyone can qualify for this role. Our Internship Program aims to provide practical learning experience to college-level students/individuals who are looking to expand their knowledge in their field of study at university. Our main goal is to deliver necessary hands-on experience while providing opportunities for career exploration, development, learning new skills, and potential full time employment post graduation.
As a Community Ambassador Intern, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for TaskUs and will provide administrative support across the organization.
- Handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all applicant engagement, reception management, client & executive experiences are ridiculously flawless, fun & exciting.
- Regulate and maintain administrative work such as billing validations, shuttle & logistics, executive and client management, and office supplies management. All responsibilities must be completed accurately and delivered with a high-quality sense of urgency.
- You will be working daily with different team departments to ensure that the anticipation of applicants are aligned with each other to provide the best customer service experience.
- Assist and help in making sure that all business-related policies and procedures are understood and followed as enforced by the leaders.
- Maintain excellent relationship building with vendors and internal customers for departmental discussions and actions.
- In charge of daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports to track office supplies requisition/consumption, delivery, retrievals, and validation. Make sure that all reports are justified
Requirements:
- You must be of legal age to qualify for an internship
- Updated CV/Resume
- Scanned copy of an Endorsement Letter from their School/University signed by an official
- Scanned copy of their School ID
- Scanned copy of a valid government-issued ID
- Scanned copy of birth certificate (PSA)
- Scanned copy of NBI Clearance
Education / Certifications:
- You must be taking Business Administration, Office Management, Mass Communication, Tourism, & Hotel Restaurant Management, and the like
Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:
- 8AM - 5PM | Monday - Friday
- Onsite in Antipolo, Rizal | TaskUs Lizzy's Watchtower
