About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team at International Marketing Group' in Makati City Metro Manila. This is a full-time, in-house position. As our Architect, you will play a vital role in designing and developing our company's physical spaces and infrastructure to support our business goals.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing architectural design services for new construction projects and renovations
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional, aesthetically-pleasing designs
  3. Producing detailed architectural plans, sketches, and 3D models to communicate design concepts
  4. Ensuring all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  5. Overseeing the implementation of architectural projects, including managing contractors and vendors
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry
  3. Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  4. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
  6. A passion for creating functional, innovative, and visually appealing spaces
