What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Tertiary equivalent with Marketing or Communications as a major preferred
  • Certification in CRM or automation tools
  • 3-5 years' experience in a Marketing Automation role.
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation tools, preferable Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Experience creating automation journeys, including those with dynamic content
  • Strong understanding of automation principles, workflow design, and data integration.
  • Understanding of SQL and JavaScript
  • Experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the retail and/or franchise industry is not essential but would be highly regarded

What will you do?

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automated processes within our CRM system to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM systems, automation tools, and data analysis techniques

In this role, you will manage our automations within our marketing automation platforms, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to all relevant processes.

Key Focus:

  • End-to-end execution of personalised multi-channel campaigns from build to testing and deployment.
  • Management of automated campaigns.
  • Implementation of testing and optimisation strategies.
  • Troubleshooting issues with daily automations, data complexities, as well as those identified during campaign build and testing.
  • Ensuring accurate, timely execution of all campaigns with a high level of responsiveness to internal stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships and foster cross collaboration across other relevant business units, functional areas and external vendors.
  • Own, lead and champion process improvements and team collaboration in order to maximise efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure all deadlines are managed and met
