Job Requirements

  • At least Senior High School, Vocational Graduate or College Level
  • With minimum 1 year Experience
  • With Driver's License
  • Amenable to work in North GMA and up to Bulacan Area
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on collaboration.
  • Experience in field operations or project coordination is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of data management systems and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with field service management software is an advantage.

Job Description

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of field operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate logistics for field teams, including scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment management.
  • Support the collection and analysis of field data, providing insights to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and management, facilitating effective communication and addressing any operational challenges.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures for field coordination.
  • Contribute to safety and compliance initiatives, ensuring that field operations adhere to regulatory requirements.
