The Technical Audit Engineer is primarily responsible for the review of various aspects of a construction project to ensure that they are performing appropriately and in compliance with the contract terms and standard operating procedures. This includes but is not limited to the following:Effective monitoring and control of construction cost by establishing and implementing procedures to protect and mitigate owner risk;Reduce/eliminate contractor discretionary spending, control allowances, contingency spends, non-allowable cost in Change

Orders, etc. in order to protect the interest of the project and the spirit of the contract;Identify potential overcharges and/or savings;Identify and evaluate risks and internal controls;Design and perform audit procedures;Recommend improvement opportunities aligned with leading practices, if necessary;Develop criteria to audit against, analyzing and documenting processes and audit evidence. Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architecture. Years of Experience: At least 5 plus years in the field of engineering, construction and project management, value engineering, quality assurance, quality control, engineering audits, if applicable.

Certification: Licensed EE, Architect. Skills/Experience:Experience in SAP.Analytical Skills. Seniority level
