The Auditor ensures that organizational processes comply with the requirements of standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001), as well as customer, regulatory, and the organization's own requirements. The Auditor performs the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

What You'll Do:

The Auditor ensures that organizational processes comply with the requirements of standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001), as well as customer, regulatory, and the organization's own requirements. The Auditor performs the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To  conduct audits through effective interviewing, listening, observing and reviewing documents, records and data
• Conduct BMS process audits to ensure systems are in place, and to identify areas of non-conformity and/or Opportunities for Improvement
• Conducting Audits internally to ensure all areas comply with Company requirements, regulatory, legislative requirements, and client requirements and any other areas as deemed required by Senior Management
• Analyze and verify the accuracy of all collected information and confirm the sufficiency and appropriateness of audit evidence to support audit findings and conclusions
• To prepare audit reports in conjunction with Audit Lead and report findings
• Logging of Opportunities for Improvement and Non-Conformances identified in audits
• Assist in Management reporting of BMS Tracking Reports, Quality Actions, Branch Test/Tasks, Vendor Audit Schedule
• To conduct other  audits as determined by Audit Lead and/or Senior Management
• Participate in ISO Board meetings as required
• Attend meetings as required by Management
• Champion company core values and other company programs 
• Other duties as assigned
   

Education

• High School Diploma or successful completion of Bill Gosling's Internal Auditor Training Program
• College Diploma or University Degree
• Training and experience in ISO auditing procedures and ISO and ISO 27001 Standards

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of working within Bill Gosling's environment or equivalent 1 year's work experience in an Audit role
• Previous managerial, customer service and/or auditing experience would be an asset
