Base pay range Reports to : Freight Audit Manager Intelligent Audit is a fast-growing freight audit & business analytics technology company helping our customers become smarter shippers - shipping to their customers faster, cheaper, and with less delivery exceptions. We use big data to help our customers remove inefficiencies in their global transportation spend. The Freight Auditor will ensure transportation-related expenses are accurate and justifiable, helping the company avoid overcharges and optimize logistic spending. What You Will Do: Submission of Rates via Jira/Email Communicate to claims auditor exceptions to normal pay in full and dispute process (post audits) Weekly calls with customers and or carriers Running proactive reports for trouble shooting Look for rate trends Verification of rates to invoices/trouble shooting Timely audit of invoices to meet customer payment terms Login Clicktime What You Will Bring: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Familiarity with logistics, shipping processes, and freight management software Ability to interpret contracts and pricing structures Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Excel and data management tools Prior experience in freight auditing or logistics preferred Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in freight auditing, logistics, or supply chain management Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Intelligent Audit by 2x Get notified about new Auditor jobs in Philippines . #J-18808-Ljbffr
