JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for the daily accounting operations and financial management of the hotel,
  • Preparation and reporting of financial statement, year-end audit, budgeting and forecasting activities,
  • Reviews financial documents in compliance with financial reporting standards, statutory compliance and corporate policies.
  • Provides proper training and assistance to subordinates, supervises their work to attain established goals and objectives.
  • Check and validate the schedule of expenditures, check/cash voucher.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities which maybe assigned by the Financial Controller from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in supervisory position
  • CPA License not required but is an advantage
  • With excellent financial and analytical abilities
  • Must be able to multi-task and balance multiple high priority tasks
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Can start immediately
