Start Date: September 29, 2025
What You'll Do:
- Manage loan files from underwriting approval through to closing
- Review loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US mortgage standards
- Coordinate with underwriters, loan officers, and third-party vendors to resolve discrepancies and move files forward
- Track timelines and requirements to ensure loans are processed smoothly and on time
- Contribute to a fast-paced, supportive team environment while maintaining high attention to detail
We are looking for:
- Must have 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing
- Preferably with bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred). Or 2nd year college undergraduate with NO BACK SUBJECT/S
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client interaction and documentation
- Experience with mortgage processing systems such as Encompass, Calyx Point, or BytePro, and knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines is a plus
- Comfortable working with US clients and time zones
- Willing to work onsite at Alabang, Muntinlupa City
