About the Role
As a Business Development Manager for the Asia Market, you will take ownership of expanding the company's footprint across key Asian countries. You will identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with global teams to ensure long-term success. This role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Asia, focusing on Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and secure agreements that drive revenue and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support client onboarding and retention.
  • Track results, report on performance, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade events, and business meetings across the region.

Requirements

  • Strong fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management across Asia.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to independently develop and execute strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.
