We are currently in search of a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who will play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of our office operations and administrative functions.

About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the management and staff by handling day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring that internal processes are carried out efficiently. This role requires an individual who is organized, reliable, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management, staff, and different departments within the company.
  • Preparing, organizing, and maintaining office documents, records, and reports in an accurate and systematic manner.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, letters, and messages, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, appointments, and events, and preparing necessary agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.
  • Assisting in the monitoring and replenishment of office supplies and equipment, including coordination with suppliers when needed.
  • Supporting basic HR and accounting tasks such as filing employee records, documentation, and processing requests.
  • Helping to ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments to support daily business operations.
  • Drafting and formatting business correspondence, reports, and presentations when required.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company and employee information.
  • Performing other duties and projects that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor to support the overall efficiency of the office.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related course.
  • At least 1–2 years of work experience in administrative or office support (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common office tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on tasks outside the usual scope when needed.
