IT Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented IT Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in IT solutions to drive sales, develop strong customer relationships, and support the company's growth by identifying new opportunities and delivering customized solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
● Sales and Business Development:
○ Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities for IT products and services, including managed IT services, hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
○ Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
○ Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals to prospective customers.
● Customer Relationship Management:
○ Build and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
○ Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate IT solutions.
○ Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
● Product Knowledge and Expertise:
○ Keep current with the latest IT products, services, and industry trends.
○ Work closely with technical teams to develop a thorough understanding of the company's solutions and how they can add value for clients.
● Achieving Sales Targets:
○ Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
○ Provide management with accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports.
● Collaboration and Coordination:
○ Partner with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns.
○ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.
○ Share insights on market trends and customer requirements to help shape product and service offerings.
Qualifications
● Educational Background:
○ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
● Experience:
○ Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
○ Experience selling managed IT services, software, hardware, or cloud solutions is highly desirable.
● Technical Skills:
○ Strong understanding of IT solutions, including networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services.
○ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Soft Skills:
○ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
○ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
