Sales Representative

Hacienda Macaluan, a leading dairy and agricultural enterprise in Laguna, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you're organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting sales operations, we'd love to have you onboard this festive season

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily sales activities and delivery schedules
  • Prepare and process sales orders and related documentation
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts and transactions
  • Communicate effectively with clients, logistics, and accounting departments
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and marketing materials

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course
  • At least 2 – 5 year of experience in sales preferably in dairy products or food industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Can work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
  • With valid driver's license.
