Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies for ASUS Commercial notebooks and desktops.
  • Lead a team of product marketers, PR, and digital specialists to ensure successful execution of go-to-market strategies, maintaining ASUS's market share and brand presence across all product lines.
  • Collaborate with product managers, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution.
  • Serve as the liaison between the local marketing team and headquarters to ensure consistent branding and product messaging.
  • Manage relationships with external partners such as industry leaders, distributors, resellers, and other organizations.
  • Oversee budget allocation, resource management, and claim to ensure efficient marketing spend with optimal results.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in marketing, with at least 5 years managing a marketing team and 8 years in the IT or consumer electronics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT/consumer electronics industry and consumer trends.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in deriving consumer insights.
  • Expertise in both digital and retail marketing; certifications such as Google or Facebook are preferred.
  • Attention to detail with a creative mindset; able to develop innovative campaigns that also deliver sales results.
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and accountability.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Pasig City.
