The Property General Manager oversees the overall operations, maintenance, financial performance, tenant relations, and strategic development of the property/properties under management. This role ensures that the property is maintained to the highest standards, occupancy levels are maximized, budgets are met, and stakeholders' interests are protected and enhanced.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property operations, including security, housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and utilities.
  • Ensure all facilities and systems are maintained in excellent working condition.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage service providers/contractors.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans.
  • Ensure revenue targets are met through effective leasing, rent collection, and cost control measures.
  • Review financial reports, monitor variances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute property improvement plans to enhance value and marketability.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue generation, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to leasing, pricing, and marketing strategies.
