  • Update the monitoring of all Fleet, Vehicle Financing details, and Insurance Policies.
  • Make sure that all important details and documents of the trucks must be uploaded in the drop box/one drive such as OR/CR, Comprehensive Insurance Policy, Picture and other related documents of the trucks.
  • Monitor all company and family owned vehicles registration, renewal, transfer of ownership, and other government mandated compliances.
  • Handles the Task of supervising the Liaison Officer in all the renewal of LTO and LTFRB registration and other transactions with regards to trucks. This involves proper coordination with LTO and LTFRB Personnel/officer to ensure that the documents will be process accordingly.
  • Proper coordination with the Financing companies with the regards to the requirements for the application of loans of trucks/units.
  • Review and consolidate list of Fleet and Service vehicles with the annual renewal of insurance coverage of all trucks/vehicles. Assures that the President will be informed though e-mail and/or on viber for the approval of the said renewal.
  • Directly communicate to the insurance broker about the driver's accident report information. This involves an appropriate communication and coordination with the Safety officer/Department in regards with the submission of all pertinent documents needed in order for the Insurer to process the claims.
  • Receive incoming important documents, entertain and answer calls, concerns and emails from clients and financing companies. This requires checking and reviewing of the documents before it will be signed by the Management.
  • Prepare, monitor and update the Company Directory, including all company lines and issued cellphones to the employees.
  • Keep and perform envelope assignment for the original and scanned documents, which includes filing and preparing transmittal papersand documents for clients and financiers.
  • Create and update records of Company Annual Calendar schedules.
  • Prepare and process needed documents and official requirements for company permits' renewal.
  • Communicate and coordinate to the bank with regards to the Loan Application of employees.
  • Instruct and command an accurate scheduling of works for the cleaning staff in the office. Maintain and ensure that all designated areas in the office are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.
  • Responsible in making a schedule for conducting a pest control in the office.
  • Calculate monthly payroll for caretakes (Kasambahay), it includes the processing and reporting of the monthly contribution benefits (SSS/Philhealth/HDMF).
  • Perform other jobs that maybe assigned from time to time by the Management

Job Type: Full-time
