As a
Senior Multi-Cloud Support Engineer
, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing multi-cloud environments. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency across mission-critical systems.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) partners and cross-functional teams. You will act as an escalation point for user support, leading investigations, troubleshooting, and systems administration.

Additionally, you will contribute to process documentation, reporting, data analysis, automation initiatives, and solution recommendations. As a subject matter expert (SME) in cloud platforms and services, you will influence operational strategies and objectives. This role also includes coaching and mentoring junior engineers, as well as leading engineering projects and programs.

About you:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience integrating DevOps or CI/CD practices within public, private, or hybrid cloud infrastructures.
  • Hands-on experience in technical customer success and support, with a focus on systems platforms, infrastructure, services, or related applications.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Cloud Expertise:
    Minimum of 5 years' experience with
    AWS
    , plus experience with at least one other public cloud platform (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud), including administration, maintenance, and support. Design or architecting is a plus.
  • DevOps Tools:
    More than 2–3 years of experience integrating version control, artifact repositories, and build tools (e.g., Git, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, TeamCity, Spinnaker) with deployment platforms such as
    Kubernetes
    .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications:
    AWS or other relevant cloud certifications.
  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.).
