Treasury Specialist

The Treasury Specialist is responsible for supporting the Finance function through the effective management of disbursements, collections, and treasury-related documentation. This role ensures the timely execution of supplier payments, acknowledgement of customer collections, accurate filing of treasury and banking documents, and preparation of treasury reports such as cash position, loans, and placements. The position plays a key role in maintaining liquidity and supporting smooth financial operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Disbursements Processing: Prepare, review, and execute supplier and employee-related disbursements in compliance with company policies and agreed timelines.
2. Collections Monitoring and Acknowledgement: Track and acknowledge customer collections, ensuring accurate posting and timely confirmation.
3. Supplier Payment Notices: Issue supplier payment advice and coordinate with vendors to ensure proper application and reconciliation.
4. Bank Transactions Support: Assist in processing fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
5. Treasury Reports Preparation: Assist in the preparation and review of treasury reports such as daily cash position, loan schedules, placements, and related analyses to support liquidity management and decision-making.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

B. Experience:

1. At least 2 years of experience in treasury operations, disbursements, collections or related finance function.
2. Knowledge in preparation of treasury reports and coordinating with banks. c. Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
