Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Training/Quality Manager - Healthcare Account located in Pasig, with some tasks eligible for work-from-home. Responsibilities include designing and implementing training programs, overseeing quality management processes, monitoring team performance, and ensuring service delivery meets healthcare industry standards. The manager will also analyze metrics, provide actionable insights for improvement, and offer coaching and support to drive team excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in training program development, facilitation, and evaluation
- Strong quality management skills, including process monitoring and performance analysis
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities
- Ability to conduct needs assessments and gather actionable insights from data
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in training or quality management within the healthcare sector is an advantage
Training or Quality Manager for a BPO Shared Services
Salary rate up to 150k monthly
Director role also available
