About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance professional to join our team at INTEGRATED MARKET SERVICES (PHILIPPINES), INC.'. This full-time role is based in Maybunga Pasig City Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and compliant distribution of our pharmaceutical and medical device products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Ensuring all regulatory and quality assurance requirements are met for the distribution of pharmaceutical and medical device products
  2. Reviewing and approving distribution documentation to maintain compliance with relevant regulations
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to implement effective quality control and assurance processes
  4. Staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and adapting processes accordingly
  5. Acting as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and auditors
  6. Providing training and guidance to the distribution team on quality and regulatory matters
  7. Continuously looking for ways to improve quality and efficiency in distribution operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  2. Thorough understanding of relevant regulations and quality standards for the distribution of pharmaceutical and medical device products
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality and compliance issues
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  6. Degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Regulatory Affairs
