Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and skilled Barista to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, ensuring guests receive high-quality drinks and a welcoming experience. The Barista will also assist with maintaining a clean and organized beverage station and support other team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinders, blenders, etc.) safely and efficiently.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt service.
  • Take orders accurately and suggest menu items or specials.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous manner.
  • Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations throughout the shift.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify management of inventory needs.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy periods.
  • Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, or other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Barista
  • College undergraduate
  • With pleasing personality
  • Willing to undergo training
