The Facilities Technician 2 will report to the Manager of Facilities Operations and Maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical,

electrical, and other installed system.


• Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical

equipment, CDA systems, PVAC system, and building repair.


• Perform facility inspections and report the condition that will affect facilities operation.


• Monitor and supervise Facilities preventive Maintenance agreement.


• Respond to emergency issues.


• Prepare and submit summary reports of facilities system condition with recommended actions.


• Review and understand equipment operation, BMS system, HVAC system, CDA system, PVAC system, RODI system and other systems.


• Comply with all safety procedure and requirement.


• Support any afterhours Facilities operation and maintenance needs and activities as per need.


• Attend training sessions and seminar.


• Attend to other assigned tasks as requested.

Qualifications


• High School diploma and Technical Certification related to Facilites system


• 2 - 3 years of manufacturing experience


• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude


• Can communicate effectively


• Excellent troubleshooting skill

Can generate detailed and accurate report
