The IT Business Solutions Manager bridges business goals and technology strategies, transforming operational challenges into effective digital solutions. What You'll Do

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage technology roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of business solutions — from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
  • Evaluate solution options (build vs. buy) and oversee vendor selection and management.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Drive process improvement and change management to maximize adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience / Knowledge:

  • 7years in business analysis, IT consulting, or solutions management; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record implementing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM, or custom apps).
  • Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and ROI analysis.
  • Experience in healthcare or HMO industry is an advantage.
