Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Alliance Division - Megaworld Alpha, located in Makati. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring that sales objectives are met. Day-to-day tasks also include building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, and providing training and support to sales staff. The Sales Manager will be expected to analyze market trends, report on sales metrics, and collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or completed at least 72 units
- 2-5 years experience in the real estate or corporate housing industry
