Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in General Trias for the position of Head of Human Resources. The Head of Human Resources will oversee the formulation and execution of HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities include managing the HR team, guiding recruitment efforts, designing training programs, fostering a positive organizational culture, and implementing strategies to support employee satisfaction and retention. The role requires effective collaboration with management to align HR initiatives to organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources and HR Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law as well as HR Policies.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations to foster a healthy workplace culture.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams and initiatives effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Strong communication and change management skills.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within HR, preferably within industrial or technical service sectors.
