We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Audit Supervisor to lead and oversee internal audit operations. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risks.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of guiding a team of auditors to deliver accurate and timely reports that support management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and supervise internal audits across different departments.
  • Review audit findings, prepare comprehensive audit reports, and present recommendations to management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal control systems.
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in processes and operations.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on audit recommendations.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior auditors to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams to strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CIA certification (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of audit experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and audit/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Leadership ability with strong attention to detail and integrity.
