What You'll Do (Essential Functions):

Lead & Inspire

  • Set clear team goals and keep your team motivated
  • Build an inspiring, open-communication environment
  • Facilitate team-building and promote collaboration

Drive Daily Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day tasks, delegate effectively, and set deadlines
  • Manage shift coverage, workload balancing, and PTO coordination
  • Support new hires through onboarding

Monitor Performance & Coach for Success

  • Administer monthly scorecards and track KPI reliability
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide effective feedback
  • Improve productivity through continuous coaching and support

Operational & Process Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and turnaround times
  • Identify training needs and close gaps
  • Maintain updated processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Be the Voice of the Team

  • Communicate confidently with clients
  • Manage escalations with professionalism and urgency
  • Represent the team and company with strong leadership presence
