Job Summary:

A CSR to be a contact between company and its customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs
  • Stay updated on products, services, and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • High school diploma or college degree (depending on company)
  • Experience in customer service or related field is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Office-based, call center
  • May involve rotating shifts, weekends, or holidays depending on industry

Job Type: Full-time
