Job Summary

We are looking for a German-Speaking Associate who will support customer interactions, documentation, and service-related tasks for our operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the German language, both spoken and written, and be willing to work onsite under a shifting schedule. Service Desk experience is an advantage but
not required
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries, requests, and communication in
    German
    across email, chat, or voice channels.
  • Provide accurate information and support to internal teams or external customers.
  • Log and document interactions following company standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting or escalating technical/service issues (if assigned to Service Desk function).
  • Work collaboratively with team members and maintain service quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German
    (speaking, reading, and writing) —
    mandatory

  • With or without Service Desk or customer support experience.
  • Completed at least
    2 years in college
    or equivalent work experience (optional—can adjust if needed).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Willing to work
    onsite
    and on a
    shifting schedule
    .

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Previous experience in BPO, customer service, service desk, or back-office work.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools or customer support platforms.
