About the role

Qualiblend, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-quality blending equipment, is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Mechanical Maintenance professional to join our team in Guyong Santa Maria Bulacan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production facilities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment, including motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and compressors
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing appropriate solutions to minimise downtime
  3. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery to identify and address potential problems before they arise
  4. Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to optimise equipment performance and implement process improvements
  5. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  6. Comply with all safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or a related field
  2. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, including motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  4. Ability to effectively use a variety of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex mechanical issues
  6. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  7. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
