Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all maintenance activities within the food manufacturing plant.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide training and support.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in all maintenance operations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Valid Mechanical Engineering License.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment is a MUST for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
