About the role

St. Andrew Academy of Quezon City, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced School Assistant Principal to join our esteemed institution. As the School Assistant Principal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Principal and driving the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of our school. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.What you'll be doing

Assist the Principal in providing leadership and oversight for all school activities and operations

Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement strategic plans and policies to enhance the school's educational standards and student experience

Monitor and evaluate the performance of teaching staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality instruction

Oversee the coordination and implementation of the school's curriculum, assessments, and extracurricular programmes

Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting collaboration and professional development among faculty and staff

Serve as a liaison between the school, parents, and the broader community, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication

Assist with the management of the school's resources, including budgets, facilities, and technology, to ensure the efficient operation of the institution

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an educational leadership role, such as Assistant Principal or Department HeadMaster's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field

Strong understanding of teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and student assessment strategies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Proven track record of driving positive change and improving academic outcomes in a school setting

Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team of educators

Thorough knowledge of relevant educational policies, regulations, and best practices
