The Principal Business Analyst will lead the strategic oversight and execution of the full Global HCP Transparency Program. This role includes managing the end-to-end global process, ensuring alignment across key business units and regions, and overseeing the technical platforms (SpendMate/EngageMate) integral to transparency reporting. Responsibilities:Continue technical lead for SpendMate and EngageMate implementation.

Manage the tasks and responsibilities of team member assisting with Global processes and procedures. Primary point of contact for OUS local coordinators including problem solving, training and system updates to support OUS.Per request from Senior Manager, generate any variety of reports from third party platform, Concur or Power BI.Manage CAP approval process and troubleshooting activities. Troubleshoot SharePoint and resolve with technical resource.

Apply Mercer data annual updates. Maintain current list of local coordinators. Assume any responsibilities for US tenet migration.

Develop and maintain process flows for Global process. Point of contact for the Global PBI dashboards. Develop presentations and maintain process flows related to the Global Program.

Qualifications:8+ years of experience in relevant position + technical requirements as listed below

Experience working with MS Suite of products including Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.Word Press, PDF form development, Power BI, Camstasia (or other video development product), Outlook Email/Teams,SharePoint, SpendMate, EngageMate will have to be learned and understood rapidly.Concur Expense functionality

Leadership skills and advanced technical adeptness

Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly with all business partners.Must be able to dynamically manage many tasks and projects.Must be proactive
