DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Executes plans directed by production manager for smooth production operations per clients' washing schedule, article sequence, finishing process work stations, ensuring a monitored Working in Progress (WIP) and Just In Time (JIT) approach for Production Turn-Over (PTO) in timely manner.
  2. Implements optimized processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Coordinates the finishing laundry production Supervisor, including shift work schedule, assign tasks, and monitoring to ensure the high standards of service is met.
  4. Trains production staff on processes required by the clients, ensuring smooth adoption of changes and new process.
  5. Reports regularly to production manager and coordinates to Quality Assurance Department in relation to quality issues and concerns.
  6. Implements the standardized procedures and guidelines for production including safety and cleanliness, infection control practices and quality management system.
  7. Monitors the Key performance indicators for operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and cost management.
  8. Coordinates with other counterparts staff department for related to needs in the operations including manpower, supplies and the like to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Maintains production documents and reports updated and safe kept.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration Major in Operations Management or with experience or fresh graduate.
  • Familiarity with process improvement framework such as Total Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
  • Has the ability to analyze data and processes to identify in efficiency
  • Ensures that process changes are precise and effective.
  • Can work effectively in past face environment and diverse teams.
  • Capable of leading change and driving adoption of changes.
  • Responsive to unique needs of clients while maintaining the company standards.
