JOB PURPOSE

The Product Officer for E-Commerce handles the official brand website and marketplaces such as Lazada, Zalora, Shopee; S/he work closely with E-Commerce Sales and Content teams, and Marketing and Multimedia Services teams in ensuring optimal content are available in all activities sites for BOCU.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Takes part in developing and executing sales and content strategies in various online platforms to drive traffic and increase overall conversion rate of the brand.
  • Monitoring of website activities, updates, and overall site content to aid in achieving goals such as improving user experience, increasing site traffic and developing brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate closely with merchandising, MMS, and content team for the timing of uploading new product pages and homepage updates.
  • Act as one of the key persons in photoshoot to ensure optimization of all online content.
  • Works hand-in-hand with the Brand Marketing team in formulating various digital marketing strategies and campaigns to ensure brand's effective social media presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Clothing Technology, Fashion Design and Merchandising, or any related courses
  • 1-2 year related experience in the same or related industry
  • Knowledge in E-Commerce Best Practices.
  • Knowledge in Marketing Communications.
  • Knowledge in Online Retail.
  • Background in apparel costing and production.
