Job Objective:

The QA Reports Analyst is responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing data reports and dashboards to ensure accurate, complete, and timely data insights for decision-making. This role supports campaign performance, process improvement, and operational efficiency through data-driven reporting and automation.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, implement, and optimize reporting dashboards and data systems.


• Ensure accurate onboarding of campaigns and apply appropriate settings, restrictions, and filters.


• Monitor, analyze, and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly data to identify trends and opportunities.


• Conduct real-time performance monitoring to support operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with operations and other stakeholders to reduce non-productive behavior and improve performance.


• Generate clear and actionable performance reports for internal teams and leadership.


• Automate reports and workflows using Google AppScript or Microsoft PowerApps to improve reporting efficiency.


• Assist in campaign development and implementation of process improvements.


• Perform data quality checks and maintain documentation for reporting processes.


• Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.


• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data tools (VBA is a plus).


• Basic to intermediate experience in Google AppScript or Microsoft PowerApps is required.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.


• Strong analytical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk) and SQL queries is an advantage.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, or any related field.


• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and technical skills are welcome and encouraged to apply.


• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to high-pressure situations.
