  • Consolidate the PO for fuel released for all UBI service vehicles Vs the actual refueled product.
  • Provide a weekly report for the total fuel consumption from PO and its price.
  • Consolidate the total fuel withdrawals per day versus the current inventory of the AGT.
  • Initiates process simplification and process improvement programs to assure functional excellence.
  • Coordinates, discusses and resolves issues that affect the day-to-day flow of transactions.
  • Provide support with effective coordination and communication between the Fuel Management Supervisor and Project site personnel.
  • Prepare weekly reports and ensure that any discrepancies are reported immediately.
  • Monitor daily the fuel inventory of the project site's AGT and check/ validate the withdrawals to FDT and other vehicles.
  • Ensures work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensures optimum staffing levels for the group taking into consideration operating costs and delivery of quality service.
  • Provides reports needed by management, immediate superior, and other departments.
