We're looking for an
Assistant Manager - Travel Insurance
who can help grow and manage travel and digital partnerships. This role blends
account management, business development, and market analysis
, offering the chance to step into a growing sector and gain exposure to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in
    sales, partnerships, or account management (travel, airlines, hospitality, fintech, or digital platforms preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience
  • Comfortable with
    data and financial analysis
    (Excel, dashboards, BI tools)
  • Bonus
    : experience in digital marketing, project management, or process improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of travel and digital partner accounts to drive revenue and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships, ensuring alignment and long-term growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to roll out new products, programs, and initiatives efficiently
  • Analyze partner performance, market trends, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support leadership on strategic projects and gain exposure to larger, high-value accounts
