Cashiering Functions:

  • Receive, count, and record payments (cash, checks, or electronic transactions).
  • Issue official receipts for all collections.
  • Maintain and safeguard the petty cash fund.
  • Perform daily cash count and prepare a summary report of transactions.

Disbursement Functions:

  • Process payments, reimbursements, and fund requests in accordance with approved policies.
  • Ensure all disbursement vouchers are properly supported with documents and necessary approvals.
  • Prepare and release checks to vendors, employees, or external parties.
  • Monitor fund balances to ensure availability for disbursements.

Financial Recording & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all cash and disbursement transactions.
  • Reconcile cash balances with accounting records regularly.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php14,560.00 per month
