SPECIFIC DUTIES

· Count, sort & record incoming & outgoing materials against DRs/Invoice or TS.

· Arrange and classify all materials accordingly in Bins/Shelves & Floor.

· Issuance of materials & valves to workers with corresponding Work Ticket & Batch Nos.

· Accomplishment of Bin Cards & Stock Cards & logbooks.

· Safekeeping of tools/materials in the warehouse.

· Coordinates with different departments/sections as to the availability of requested materials per project.

· Responsible for preparing Receiving Report (RR), Gate Pass, Purchase Requisition, etc.

· In the preparation of the monthly material inventory report.

· Conduct periodic physical count of stock and verify the same against the stock card & record.

· Responsible for logistics, preparing monthly materials requirements of the plant based on sales projections.

· Responsible for receiving raw materials, supplies, and equipment directly from the supplier, counting, sorting, and weighing items, and checking quality and other specifications against the Invoice. DR and TS.

· Responsible for truck maintenance and ensuring the truck meets all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Looking for Mechanical Engineer with or without license

3 years' experience preferably related as a plant Engineer
