Sales Support (Lead Generation and Admin)

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support (Lead Generation & Admin) professional to support our sales and marketing operations. In this role, you will assist with preparing quotations, managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales follow-ups, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Additionally, you will support marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media coordination, and lead generation activities.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and clear communication are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Administration

  • Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to assist in moving opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely execution of sales tasks.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance.

Lead Generation & Marketing Support

  • Conduct lead research and prospect identification using online databases and scraping tools.
  • Input, organize, and maintain leads in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, such as email outreach, newsletters, and social media content updates.
  • Track and report on lead generation and sales support activities to measure performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales support, lead generation, business development, or marketing coordination.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM software (HubSpot experience is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with lead scraping / data sourcing tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a remote work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (not mandatory).
